Bijenbaas's creamed honey is made from carefully selected floral honey from Dutch nature reserves. By regularly stirring the honey for several days, it develops its characteristic soft, creamy texture that remains perfectly spreadable.
The bees collect nectar from whatever is blooming at the time, making every jar unique in taste and composition. What always remains the same: the honey comes from unsprayed flowers and is kept completely pure. Unprocessed, underheated, and unfiltered – exactly as the bee intended.
After harvesting, the honey is only lightly sieved and placed directly into the jar. This ensures that all natural flavors and properties are optimally preserved.
